About The Position

The Resort Shuttle Driver ensures the comfort and safety of guests traveling throughout the property and to local destinations, including airport runs. The driver provides a welcoming guest experience, maintains hotel vehicles, and transports associates to and from associate housing. The role also includes assisting guests with transportation information and errands, completing vehicle checklists, and following safe driving practices. A valid Commercial Driver’s License with Passenger Endorsement is required.

Requirements

• Maintain a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger Endorsement.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests professionally and warmly as they board the shuttle.
• Transport guests safely and on time to and from the airport.
• Keep hotel vehicles clean and presentable.
• Regularly check vehicle fuel and oil levels.
• Transport associates to and from associate housing safely and on time.
• Run errands as needed to assist guests.
• Respond to guest transportation requests and inquiries, providing information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Complete required vehicle maintenance and transportation checklists during shifts.
• Follow safe driving practices and traffic regulations to protect passengers.
