About The Position

Shaw Industries is hiring a Driver to deliver its products as part of the company’s private fleet. The position is based in Bellington, Washington. The role offers consistent, year-round work, a non-rotating 10-hour shift, and daily home time. The listed pay is $31.97 per hour, with a quarterly driver safety incentive and a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Equipment is professionally maintained and described as reliable and safe.

Requirements

• Must be at least 24 years old.
• Must have a Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Must have at least 2 of the last 3 years of current commercial roadway driving experience, or 3 of the last 5 years of commercial roadway driving experience, or at least 2 years of applicable heavy military vehicle driving experience.
• Must have good interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Must be able to maneuver heavy products using forklifts and pallet jacks if needed.
