About The Position
The Driver is the first connection guests have to the hotel and contributes to their overall experience. This role assists arriving and departing guests with luggage and transportation, provides information about the property and local area, and helps guests acclimate to the hotel. The Driver uses guests’ names to make them feel welcome and is available to help with their needs. The role also involves greeting every guest warmly, promoting hotel amenities and services, sharing local directions and recommendations for dining and entertainment, parking or retrieving guest vehicles, and transporting guests safely and promptly. The position requires a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and involves substantial standing or sitting, walking, carrying and lifting, bending or twisting, and climbing stairs.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid CDL.
- Ability to interact with hotel guests and team members in a polite and positive manner.
- Ability to fulfill requests in a timely manner.
- Ability to accommodate varying schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand or sit, carry or lift up to 50 pounds, walk, bend or twist, and climb stairs.
Nice To Haves
- Three to six months of related experience is preferred.
Responsibilities

- Fulfill guest and team-member requests politely and positively, including challenging requests.
