About The Position

Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring a full-time, on-site Driver/Stockroom Expeditor in Chula Vista, California. The role supports customers and the service center by shipping and receiving materials, maintaining stock areas and inventory, delivering orders and equipment, and assisting with sales and service tasks. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The position offers an estimated hourly rate of $18.00–$21.60, depending on experience. A potential bonus opportunity is tied to location and individual performance and has averaged $250–$500 per month; no specific amount is guaranteed. Requirements

At least 6 months of warehouse or customer service experience.
Written and verbal communication skills, including English grammar.
Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, bend, and regularly lift 50 pounds.
Basic computer skills.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

Ship and/or receive materials and maintain stock areas and inventory.
Use forklifts, simple hand and power tools, weighing scales, and postage meters.
Operate a company vehicle to pick up and deliver orders and equipment.
Assist with data entry, counter and telephone sales and service, order pulling, and customer calls as needed.
Provide customer service and support when interacting with customers.
Maintain a clean driving record.
