About The Position

DMT Trucking, a specialized flatbed operation and part of the PS Logistics family, is seeking a Driver Recruiter. DMT operates over 350 trucks and nearly 500 trailers across five terminals in the United States. The company's mission is to operate its fleet safely, taking care of its employees and customers. They aim to provide safe transportation, treat employees fairly with respect and necessary resources, and offer excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or an Associates degree with a minimum of two years office related experience (required)
• The desire to build relationships with flatbed drivers over the phone
• Able to maintain a strong sense of urgency in a fast-paced work environment
• Goal driven
• The ability to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) on a weekly and monthly basis

Nice To Haves

• Current or prior recruiting experience (preferred)
• 4 year degree
• Recruiting experience
• Recruit drivers

Responsibilities

• Use applicant tracking system to respond to potential employees who meet DOT and company standards
• Cold call and respond to calls quickly
• Pre-screen potential applicants
• Inform applicants about our operations and the benefits we offer
• Schedule driver orientations and training
• Run reports such as background checks, MVR, and DAC reports, as well as other administrative duties
• Utilize social media platforms and other search engines to generate leads
