About The Position

We are hiring for a Driver Recruiter in North Little Rock, Arkansas or Russellville, Arkansas. This role is essential for recruiting prospective new hires by sharing pertinent information about the job and following up with leads daily. The position involves taking and making high volumes of calls, proficiently using applicant tracking software, screening and prequalifying applicants through reports, and scheduling and confirming applicants. The Driver Recruiter will be responsible for meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quotas such as the number of hires, weekly talk time, and number of calls.

Requirements

• Knowledge of DOT requirements, company policies, and FMCSA codes.
• Organization and time management skills required.
• Must be able to follow directions closely and pay close attention to detail.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to work with a team.
• Must be highly adaptable.
