About The Position

MANE is hiring a Driver, Production Support employee for its manufacturing facility in Wayne, New Jersey. The position supports manufacturing operations by operating forklifts or other material-moving equipment to locate and transport raw materials, supplies, and finished goods to designated locations. The role helps maintain continuous production flow and follows manufacturing and inventory standards, as well as applicable quality, safety, GMP, SOP, and environmental requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Standing, stretching, walking, lifting, and climbing ladders may be required.
• Mixing and measuring skills may be required.

Responsibilities

• Use a forklift or other material-moving equipment to locate and move raw materials, supplies, and finished goods to designated locations.
• Support compounders, replenishers, or packers to maintain continuous production flow in accordance with manufacturing and inventory standards.
• Perform assigned shift cutover tasks as necessary.
• Inspect motorized equipment daily.
• Report mislocated or missing materials to the inventory manager.
• Maintain good housekeeping of the workstation, tools, and equipment.
• Report missing or damaged tools and equipment to the Team Lead, Supervisor, or Maintenance.
• Operate safely and in a timely manner, following predefined instructions, GMP, and SOPs to meet quality standards.
• Complete special tasks and projects as required to meet company objectives.
• Participate in relevant environmental education and training and follow applicable environmental policies, procedures, and best practices.
