About The Position

Success Rehabilitation is hiring a full-time Driver / Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Quakertown, Pennsylvania, to support adults recovering from traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions. The role combines safe transportation to appointments and community activities with hands-on assistance that helps clients build independence and achieve personal goals. Paid training is provided, including a three-week training program and training before medication administration. The organization has helped adults with traumatic brain injuries and neurological conditions live more independently for more than 30 years.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have a high school diploma or GED.
Have a valid driver's license.
Have a safe driving record.
Have strong communication and teamwork skills.
Have a compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.

Nice To Haves

Experience as a DSP, caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, DCW, residential aide, or behavioral health technician.
Experience supporting adults with disabilities, brain injuries, or special populations.

Responsibilities

Safely transport clients in company vehicles.
Drive clients to medical appointments, vocational programs, shopping, recreational outings, and other community activities.
Assist clients with entering and exiting vehicles safely.
Follow transportation and safety procedures.
Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
Support meal preparation and daily living activities.
Encourage client independence and community participation.
Administer medications after completing paid training.
Follow individualized care plans and behavior supports.
Complete daily documentation and progress notes.
