About The Position

Juniper is seeking a Driver Crew Member to support landscape and irrigation construction teams working on high-end landscaping projects. The role involves safely transporting crew members and materials to jobsites, maintaining the company truck and trailer, and contributing hands-on to installation work. Team members work outdoors and use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to complete landscape and irrigation projects. Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company serving the Southeast, with more than 30 locations and 2,000+ team members.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license and ability to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Experience safely driving a truck and trailer.
Able and willing to work outdoors for long periods in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
Able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
Able to use hand tools and power equipment.
Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Nice To Haves

Landscaping or irrigation experience is preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a company truck and transport crew members.
Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure the truck and trailer are in working order and properly maintained.
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Work as a member of the landscape and/or irrigation installation crew at each worksite.
Use hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape and irrigation installation projects.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
