About The Position
Juniper is seeking Crew Members for its Landscape Construction teams. Crew Members perform work at jobsites safely and to a high standard of quality, helping create beautiful landscapes for clients. Duties include planting, sod installation, hardscape construction, irrigation installation, site preparation, hand-watering, and moving materials. Team members use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to complete landscape construction and installation work, along with other assigned job-related duties. Requirements
- Adhere to jobsite and company safety protocols.
- Be able and willing to work outside for long periods, including in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
- Be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
- Be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
- Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Nice To Haves
- Landscape construction or installation experience is preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Plant trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds.
- Lay sod.
- Install pavers, stone walls, and other hardscape projects.
- Install mulch.
- Install irrigation and sprinkler systems.
- Dig trenches and holes.
- Prepare soil areas for planting.
- Hand-water plants and landscaped areas.
- Move soil, equipment, and materials.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape construction and installation duties.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
- Perform jobsite work safely and to a high standard of quality.
