About The Position

Juniper is seeking Drivers to work with its Landscape/Irrigation Construction teams on high-end landscaping projects. Drivers safely operate company trucks and transport crew members while also working with the crew at job sites to complete landscape and irrigation installation projects. The role involves inspecting and maintaining vehicles and trailers, handling materials and equipment, and using hand tools and power equipment. Work is performed outdoors, including in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight. Juniper is a full-service landscape design, build, and management company serving the Southeast. Requirements

Hold a valid driver's license and be able to clear a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Have experience safely driving a truck and trailer.
Be able and willing to work outdoors for long periods, including in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
Be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
Be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Landscaping or irrigation experience is preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a company truck and transport crew members.
Perform daily vehicle inspections and ensure the truck and trailer are in working order and properly maintained.
Load and unload materials and equipment.
Work as a member of the landscape and/or irrigation installation crew at each work site.
Use hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape and irrigation installation projects.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
