About The Position

Juniper is seeking Crew Members for its Landscape Construction teams. Crew Members perform work on jobsites safely and to a high standard of quality to help create beautiful landscapes for clients. The work involves landscape construction and installation tasks, including planting, hardscaping, irrigation installation, and moving materials. The position requires extended outdoor work in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight, along with frequent bending, stooping, and twisting and the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Requirements

Adhere to jobsite and company safety protocols.
Be able and willing to work for long periods outdoors in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
Be able and willing to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
Be able to use hand tools and power equipment.
Be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

Landscape construction or installation experience is preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

Plant trees, shrubs, and flowerbeds.
Lay sod.
Install pavers, stone walls, and other hardscape projects.
Install mulch.
Install irrigation and sprinkler systems.
Dig trenches and holes.
Prepare soil areas for plantings.
Hand-water plants and landscape areas.
Move soil, equipment, and materials.
Use hand tools, power tools, and/or equipment to perform landscape construction and installation duties.
Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Follow jobsite and company safety protocols.
