About The Position

The Driver and Laborer works with the Orlando team, traveling to homes and businesses to help customers remove unwanted items. The role combines friendly customer service and explaining services and pricing with hands-on physical work. The team provides job training. Candidates should be reliable, friendly, confident, and willing to work, including in a physically active role.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years old.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Have a clean three-year driving record.
• Be able to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
• Be available to work alternating weekends.
• Be reliable, friendly, confident, and willing to do physical work.

Responsibilities

• Meet customers with a friendly, positive attitude.
• Listen to customers' needs and help identify the right solution.
• Explain services and pricing clearly and comfortably.
• Provide estimates and identify opportunities to help customers with additional needs.
• Lift, carry, load, and move items safely, up to 50 lbs.
• Protect customers' property and leave work areas clean.
• Keep the truck organized and ready for the next job.
• Work with a teammate to complete each job safely and efficiently.
