About The Position

At 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, the Driver and General Laborer drives the company’s blue trucks to customers’ locations and provides junk removal services. The role combines customer service, sales, and physically active labor. Team members use sales skills to support customer experiences and meet sales and KPI goals, and responsibly dispose of items through recycling, donation, and waste management channels. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old for insurance purposes.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record for the last three years.
• Positive, friendly demeanor.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with KPI metrics and revenue sales goals.
• Ability to repeatedly lift 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Drive company trucks to customers’ locations and provide junk removal services.
