About The Position

Join the East Brunswick, New Jersey team as a Driver and General Laborer. The role combines commercial vehicle operation, customer service, estimating, and physical labor. Teams of two travel to customers’ homes and properties, remove unwanted items, provide estimates and final pricing, and communicate with the operations team throughout the day. Items are handled responsibly through recycling, donation, and waste-management facilities. The company emphasizes safety, professional development, entrepreneurship, and service to the community. Immediate start dates and paid training are available. Full-time schedules are four shifts per week; part-time schedules are two to three shifts per week. Shifts are 8–12 hours, and the company operates seven days a week. Total average earnings are $22–$26 per hour, with a performance-based profit share tied to completed jobs.

Requirements

Be at least 21 years old, as required for commercial truck insurance.
Have a valid driver’s license; a CDL is not required.
Have a clean driving history for three years, with no points, suspensions, or violations.
Have a positive, friendly attitude and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Be physically able to lift 50 pounds or more repeatedly.

Responsibilities
