About The Position

The Drink-Spo (Drink & Quick Service Expo) prepares and expedites beverage and quick-service items for guests. The role fulfills orders quickly and accurately while maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation, supporting efficient kitchen operations and a positive guest experience. Items include popcorn, fountain beverages, ICEEs, milkshakes, bottled beverages, candy, and other quick-service items, prepared according to Flix standards. The position is in the Heart of House (HOH) department at Flix Brewhouse in Albuquerque Coors, New Mexico. The listed pay is $13–$15 per hour, including the benefit package. The role requires food safety awareness, attention to detail, organization, teamwork, professional communication, and the ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen. Team members should be prepared for evening and weekend shifts and must be able to stand and walk for extended periods and lift items up to 50 pounds. The work environment may involve heat and cold from kitchen equipment and refrigeration, moderate to loud noise, frequent movement, and multitasking.

Responsibilities

Prepare and expedite beverage and quick-service items accurately and efficiently using the order ticket system.
Prepare popcorn, fountain beverages, ICEEs, milkshakes, bottled beverages, candy, and other quick-service items according to Flix standards.
Complete orders quickly while maintaining quality and accuracy.
Organize, stock, and maintain the Drink-Spo station throughout each shift.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling standards.
Maintain the cleanliness of equipment, counters, storage areas, and work surfaces.
Communicate with kitchen and front-of-house team members to support timely order fulfillment.
Assist with cleaning and closing duties at the end of each shift.
Act professionally with guests, management, and fellow employees, and demonstrate citizenship and teamwork.
Follow the provided work schedule and review upcoming events.
