About The Position

The DRAM Product Manager at Penguin Solutions is responsible for executing memory module product strategies across key vertical markets, including Data Center, Networking, Industrial, and Defense. This role leads cross-functional teams to define and deliver competitive solutions through a systematic product lifecycle management (PLM) process.

Requirements

5+ years in product development, marketing, or customer-facing roles within the memory or a related technology field.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or Marketing; or equivalent education and/or experience
Proven ability to drive complex product strategies through a formal PLM process and manage technical personnel.
Strong analytical skills and a track record of building effective professional relationships both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

Define the product roadmap by analyzing market trends, the competitive landscape, and economic feasibility to build robust business cases.
Lead marketing, engineering, and operations teams to develop and launch new memory products on time and within budget.
Collaborate with memory suppliers to evaluate emerging technologies and integrate them into SMART’s product plans.
Drive go-to-market plans and represent the company at industry events while working with sales to align forecasts with customer demand.
Monitor technical progress and resolve delivery impediments or risks throughout the development cycle.
