Requirements

• At least one year of experience in residential drain cleaning.
• General plumbing knowledge, including drain cleaning, water heater installation, toilet repair or replacement, and related tasks.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, propose solutions, and explain billing.
• Familiarity with field safety precautions and hazards.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug and background screenings.
• Valid driver’s license and an insurable driving record.
• Submit a copy of a resume for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential drain cleaning services to efficiently remove blockages and obstructions.
• Use appropriate tools and equipment to diagnose and resolve drain-related plumbing issues and restore proper functionality.
• Inspect drain systems for potential problems, leaks, or damaged components and provide accurate assessments to customers.
• Communicate with customers to understand their concerns and provide expert advice and recommendations.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to help prevent accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
• Maintain and clean tools and equipment and keep them in good working condition.
• Keep up to date with industry trends, techniques, and drain-cleaning technology through training and professional development.
