About The Position

Holt is seeking a motivated, positive team player to provide drain cleaning services on in-home service calls. The Drain Technician performs drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work; helps customers understand the importance of sewer repair and replacement; and maintains drain cleaning equipment and truck inventory. The role involves physical work, including handling heavy equipment, working in confined spaces and at heights, and working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Candidates must complete the company screening process, including assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screens.

Requirements

• Three or more years of Drain Technician experience.
• Flexible availability.
• Ability to handle heavy equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in various conditions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in confined spaces such as attics, crawl spaces, and basements.
• Ability to stand, kneel, and bend for prolonged periods.
• Ability to work at heights, including on ladders and elevated platforms.
• Manual dexterity to handle electrical tools and equipment.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions during outdoor installations.
• Must successfully complete the screening process, including assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screens.

Responsibilities

• Complete drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work related to in-home service calls.
• Educate and assist customers on the importance of sewer repair and replacement.
• Maintain and protect drain cleaning equipment and keep the truck well inventoried.
