About The Position
Frank Gay Services is seeking skilled Drain Technicians to provide high-quality service and solve customers’ drainage problems. The role involves working independently, responding to service calls, troubleshooting issues, preparing cost estimates, and inspecting, installing, maintaining, cleaning, and repairing drain systems. Technicians use cameras to identify drainage issues and inspect and test plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and water quality. Requirements
- Three years of experience as a drain technician or plumbing helper in residential plumbing.
- Experience using a jetter and camera.
- Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn new methods.
- Must pass a motor vehicle check, background check, and drug screen.
- Superb customer service skills, honesty, dependability, and reliability.
- Physical dexterity.
Responsibilities
- Work independently and solve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible.
- Handle customer queries, troubleshoot and resolve problems, respond to call-outs, and prepare cost estimates.
- Inspect drain lines with a camera to identify drainage issues.
- Install, maintain, clean, and repair drain systems.
- Inspect and test plumbing and drainage systems for safety, functionality, and water quality.
