Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage your daily schedule.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various indoor and outdoor conditions.

Nice To Haves

• Minimum of 2 years of plumbing service experience
• Plumbing license or certifications are a plus but not required (depending on local regulations).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and install residential and light commercial plumbing systems.
• Perform service calls efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Troubleshoot plumbing issues and explain repair options to customers.
• Install and repair water heaters, fixtures, drains, piping, and plumbing equipment.
• Complete inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Accurately document work performed using company software.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked service vehicle.
• Follow all safety procedures and local plumbing codes.
