About The Position

A Drain Tech is responsible for cleaning, inspecting, and repairing residential sewer and drainage systems. The purpose of this role is to diagnose, clear, and repair clogs in drainage systems, using specialized tools and techniques to maintain proper plumbing function and provide solutions to customers experiencing drainage issues. This position is fulltime.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Valid drivers’ license with a clean record
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to analyze situations and make quick and effective decisions

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in the trades and/or drain cleaning a plus
Proficiency in using ServiceTitan, Google Suite, and/or Apple devices a plus

Responsibilities

Run drain cleaning machines, snakes, and hydro-jetting systems
Use cameras to inspect pipe interiors and assess issues
Repair or replace broken, cracked, or leaking drain lines
Interact with customers communicating all aspects of what needs to happen or is happening
Create tech generated lead compensated at a percentage of the sold job
