Requirements

• Experience in drains, sewer, or related plumbing work
• Enjoy diagnosing problems and finding real solutions
• Confident communicating with customers
• Take pride in your work and your results
• Motivated, proactive, and growth-oriented
• Do not avoid customer interaction
• Do not rush through jobs without diagnosing properly
• Do not struggle with communication or explaining solutions
• Do not resist accountability or performance expectations
• Do not prefer low expectations and minimal structure

Responsibilities

• Perform drain cleaning, jetting, and cable work on residential service calls
• Operate sewer camera equipment to diagnose main line issues
• Identify repair or replacement opportunities through inspections
• Clearly explain issues and solutions to homeowners
• Build trust and help customers make informed decisions
• Work closely with dispatch and customer service for smooth execution
• Maintain clean, organized equipment and a well-stocked truck
• Train and mentor apprentices on proper drain and diagnostic work
• Complete accurate documentation, invoices, and option sheets
