Requirements

• Installation experience.

• Have and maintain a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently install drain equipment in and outside customers' homes.
• Complete jobs on time and under budget, working closely with the installation manager, warehouse manager, and installation apprentices.
• Lead and be responsible for drain installations.
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest levels of satisfaction.
• Present a professional and knowledgeable image to win new referrals and repeat business.
• Ensure jobs are properly staged and sign off on the job quality checklist.
• Collaborate with customer service and dispatch to ensure overall business success.
• Adhere to the company's plan for resolving customer complaints quickly and favorably.
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and vehicle.
• Keep truck inventory up to date.
• Participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and technical vendor training.
• Train and mentor apprentices to ensure on-time, high-quality installations.
• Be accurate and timely with invoices, time cards, and paperwork.
• Maintain a clean driving record.
• Obtain or be willing to obtain proper certifications (company can assist).
