About The Position
Lula is looking for a 1099 Drain Cleaning Pro to help with property maintenance of several thousand rental properties across the Lexington area. Requirements
- Must be 18 or older
- Must have General Liability Insurance
- No felonies within the past 7 years
- Be friendly, respectful, and punctual
- Must provide your own tools and materials
- Must complete vendor onboarding and be approved
- Experience in the rental property industry
- Eager attitude
