About The Position

The Draft Service Technician works at On-Premise customer locations to maintain and clean beverage lines, troubleshoot draught and pouring issues, and help provide a positive customer experience. This hands-on role combines customer service, problem-solving, independent work, and teamwork. The technician manages multiple stops and priorities throughout the day, safely operates company equipment, maintains an assigned vehicle, and represents Ben E. Keith in a friendly, professional manner.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to read and write English and perform basic math.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, including moving products weighing up to 165 lbs., as well as stooping, kneeling, and crouching.
• Ability to safely perform all essential job functions and maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Enjoy working with people and providing great service.
• Comfort working independently and managing the workday.
• Interest in solving hands-on problems.
• Dependability, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Motivation to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Visit customer locations and build strong business relationships.
• Clean and maintain draught beer lines.
• Troubleshoot pouring and draught system issues.
• Ensure quality and line-cleaning standards are met.
• Identify customer needs and communicate opportunities to the sales team.
• Manage multiple stops and priorities throughout the day.
• Safely operate company equipment and maintain an assigned vehicle.
• Represent Ben E. Keith with a friendly, professional attitude.
