We’re looking for enthusiastic Door-to-Door Canvassers who will approach and engage potential voters in the area of Calgary Northeast. This is frontline, physically active work. You’ll be on your feet, walking the neighborhood, working outdoors in all-weather conditions, and using your personal vehicle to travel between assigned areas. We’re looking for people who are comfortable working in the field, confident speaking with the public, and committed to doing the work properly.

Requirements

• You are a conservative voter, or you are bipartisan and have no political affiliations
• Full-Time Availability: Schedule: Wednesday-Saturday (12:00PM-8:00PM), Sunday (10:00AM-6:00PM)
• Comfortable with standing, walking, being on your feet for extended periods of time
• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle
• Smartphone required for field data collection

Nice To Haves

• Previous professional canvassing or field experience is a strong asset

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door canvassing within your assigned neighborhoods on behalf of a political party in order to help better understand the views of voters
• Ask standardized questions and accurately capture responses
• Collect contact information when voluntarily provided
• Represent OSL and our clients with professionalism and integrity
