Base is America’s next-generation power company, focused on transforming the grid with distributed batteries. We are hiring a systems-minded operator to own and scale Base's door-to-door sales operations, starting in Texas and expanding to new territories. This role is at the intersection of field operations, sales operations, compliance, and performance analytics. The objective is to build the turf strategy, manage the lead routing engine, oversee compliance infrastructure, and own the reporting to optimize the door-to-door channel, turning an early-stage motion into a scalable and repeatable one. The role involves close collaboration with sales leadership, inside sales, growth marketing, member experience, and product teams, with a focus on clear targets, full ownership, and autonomy.
