About The Position

Mr. Handyman of Hendersonville is looking for a driven, personable neighborhood sales representative to help us grow our customer base right here in Middle Tennessee. This is a door-to-door canvassing role — you'll be the face of the brand in local neighborhoods, starting conversations with homeowners and booking estimates for our handyman services. If you love talking to people, thrive on hitting targets, and want to earn based on your results, this role is built for you.

Requirements

Outgoing, confident communicator — you don't mind rejection and bounce back fast
Honest and trustworthy — homeowners are letting you into their lives, character matters
Self-motivated — you manage your time in the field and stay productive without someone looking over your shoulder
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
Comfortable on your feet — this role involves walking neighborhoods for extended periods
Must pass a background check

Prior door-to-door, sales, or customer-facing experience a plus — not required

Responsibilities

Knock doors in assigned residential neighborhoods in Hendersonville, Gallatin, Goodlettsville, and surrounding areas
Start genuine conversations with homeowners about their repair, maintenance, and to-do list needs
Book in-home estimates and schedule appointments directly with our CSR team
Identify and note "not home" and callback opportunities to maximize your canvassing territory
Track daily door counts, conversations, and booked estimates and report results to the manager
Represent the Mr. Handyman brand with professionalism — branded uniform, clean appearance, respectful approach
