About The Position

Rose Roofing and Restoration is seeking experienced Direct Sales Representatives to join our elite field sales team in Northern Virginia's booming market. We are a Class A General Contractor that has experienced explosive growth, increasing from $2M to $15M in just two years. Our success is built on our ACE mentality: Accountability, Communication, and Excellence. As a Direct Sales Representative, you will have the autonomy to manage your territory using proven field sales strategies, convert high-value opportunities through an efficient sales process, conduct professional roof inspections and damage assessments, close deals on-site with a streamlined documentation system, and build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through canvassing and follow-ups. You will achieve substantial income through our industry-leading commission structure, maintain 99% accuracy in field documentation and CRM updates, deliver exceptional customer service with 24-hour response times, and build a sustainable book of business through referrals and repeat customers.

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle required
• Strong interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors and be on your feet
• Availability Monday–Friday (11 AM to dusk) with high-earning weekends
• Determination, grit, and a willingness to learn

Responsibilities

• Neighborhood canvassing
• Identifying roof and exterior damage
• Educating homeowners on restoration options
• Scheduling inspections
• Managing projects from contract to completion
