About The Position

Rose Roofing and Restoration is seeking experienced Direct Sales Representatives to join our elite field sales team in Northern Virginia's booming market. We are a Class A General Contractor that has experienced explosive growth from $2M to $15M in just two years, driven by our ACE mentality: Accountability, Communication, and Excellence. As a Direct Sales Representative, you will have the autonomy to manage your territory using proven field sales strategies, convert high-value opportunities through an efficient sales process, conduct professional roof inspections and damage assessments, close deals on-site with a streamlined documentation system, and build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through canvassing and follow-ups.

• Neighborhood canvassing
