Door Line Assembler - 2nd Shift
About The Position
Quanex is looking for a Door Line Series Assembler - 2nd Shift to join our team located in Rice Lake, WI. The schedule is Monday-Friday 2:30pm-11pm, with overtime needs varying daily during the busy season. The hourly range for this position begins at $18.50/hr + $3/hr shift differential, with the opportunity for pay increase on an annual basis. This is a fast-paced environment with lightweight production and assembly work, offering a variety of job tasks, hands-on training, and opportunities for career advancement. Responsibilities
- Operate and set up production equipment.
- Manually fabricate window and door screens and install screen cloth.
- Palletize finished goods.
- Perform quality checks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Work efficiently with team members to meet production targets and improve workflow.
- Follow all safety procedures and promptly report existing or potential hazards to the supervisor or team lead.
- Maintain dependable attendance and punctuality for all scheduled hours.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
