About The Position

This role involves working with sheet metal door slabs, preparing them for foam injection, and operating foaming equipment. The successful candidate will also be responsible for assembling doors with hardware according to blueprints, reading and applying tape measure readings, and operating power tools. Key attributes include being self-motivated, reliable, able to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment, and paying close attention to detail.

Requirements

Work with sheet metal door slabs
Prep door slabs for foam injection
Operate door foaming equipment to foam inject doors
Learn, read, understand, and assemble door with hardware following blueprints.
Be able to read and apply tape measure readings
Be able to operate power tools as required
Be self-motivated, reliable and able to work well with others
Be able to work efficiently in manufacturing environment
Be thorough and pay attention to detail

Responsibilities

Assemble components of heating, cooling, and ventilating systems and other Titan Air products.
Verify work orders with blueprints, materials, and production schedule.
Communicate with and assist other workers in work area.
Follow good housekeeping practices.
Assist in identifying and resolving quality issues.
Perform necessary quality checks as required.
Follow all safety precautions and use protective equipment as required.
Identify and immediately correct any safety hazards in work area.
Ability to work with others and alone in a safe and acceptable manner.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
