About The Position

Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences New Orleans is seeking a Door Attendant to join its Front Office team. This highly visible, guest-facing role is responsible for creating warm first and last impressions through personalized service and helping guests feel welcome throughout their hotel experience. The position is suited to someone passionate about hospitality, committed to exceeding expectations, and comfortable in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Requirements

• One to two years of experience working in hospitality or customer service.
• Louisiana driver's license required.
• Work authorization in the United States.
• Able to work weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Greet arriving and departing guests, open doors, and provide attentive assistance throughout their hotel experience.
• Coordinate luggage handling, valet services, transportation assistance, and guest wayfinding to support seamless arrivals and departures.
• Share local recommendations, respond to guest requests, and resolve inquiries with professionalism and personalized service.
