Requirements

One to two years’ experience working in Hospitality or Customer Service
Louisiana Driver’s License required
Work authorization in the United States

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming first impression by greeting arriving and departing guests, opening doors, and providing attentive assistance throughout their hotel experience.
Support seamless arrivals and departures by coordinating luggage handling, valet services, transportation assistance, and guest wayfinding.
Deliver exceptional hospitality by sharing local recommendations, responding to guest requests, and resolving inquiries with professionalism and personalized service.
