About The Position
This is a full-time Door Attendant position at the Houston Hyatt in Houston, TX. The role requires enthusiasm and passion for customer service, with opportunities for advancement. Requirements
- Lifting up to 100 pounds frequently.
- Standing for 8 hours.
- Running and walking for 20 minutes at a time frequently.
- Ability to multitask.
- Professional appearance and work ethic.
- Positive Attitude.
- Excellent Customer Service skills.
- Must be able to convey information and ideas effectively.
- Must be able to effectively problem solve with guests and coworkers.
Nice To Haves
- A high school diploma or the equivalent preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests arriving and departing.
- Provide excellent customer service, assisting with directions and area recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Direct valet drivers.
- Assist with transportation needs, such as signing up arrivals and calling cabs or shuttles.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage.
