Door Assembly / Production - General Warehouse
About The Position
Shuster's Building Components is a family-owned wholesale interior and exterior door manufacturer that has served the building supply industry for over 70 years. This role physically assists production and the shipping and handling departments as needed. Work includes helping manufacture door units, palletizing products, preparing shipments, loading and unloading trucks, and pulling shelf items for orders. The position involves lifting door units up to 100 pounds throughout the shift, working in seasonal temperatures ranging from 0° to 100°, and standing for 8–10 hours. Overtime of approximately 10 or more additional hours per week is expected. Starting compensation is $18.00 per hour, with a monthly bonus structure based on monthly profitability. Applicants must be drug free, have a clear background, show up daily and on time, and have an excellent work history.
Requirements
- Able to consistently lift interior and exterior door units weighing up to 100 pounds throughout a work shift.
- Able to work in seasonal temperatures ranging from 0° to 100°.
- Able to stand throughout an 8–10-hour work shift.
- Able to work approximately 10 or more additional overtime hours per week.
- Must be drug free and have a clear background.
- Must show up to work daily and on time.
- Must have an excellent work history.
