About The Position

As a Donor Engagement Representative, you will work directly with community members, supporters, and nonprofit partners to increase awareness, encourage participation, and strengthen donor relationships. This role provides hands-on experience in donor relations, nonprofit marketing, communication, outreach, and campaign management while developing valuable professional skills.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Engage with community members and supporters through face-to-face outreach initiatives.
  • Educate individuals about nonprofit campaigns, community programs, and charitable initiatives.
  • Build positive relationships with current and prospective donors.
  • Communicate campaign goals, mission impact, and opportunities for community involvement.
  • Represent nonprofit partners professionally at events, community activations, and outreach locations.
  • Support donor acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies.
