About The Position

The Donor Engagement Program Manager supports a family of divisional foundations by executing strategic communications that drive donor retention, inspire giving, and strengthen relationships with local foundations. The role develops donor-centered content highlighting philanthropic opportunities, donor impact, and local initiatives across print, digital, and social channels for internal and external audiences. The position is part of Providence Strategic and Management Services, whose culture is described as patient-focused, whole-person care built on understanding, commitment, and mutual respect.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or Liberal Arts, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Five years of relevant marketing and communications experience.
Experience in traditional and digital communications.
Experience conducting interviews and crafting emotive human-interest stories around a common theme.
Experience developing print collateral in partnership with a design team, as well as newsletters, advertising, media materials, video scripts, and social content.
Experience working with photographers and videographers.
Project management software experience.
Demonstrated experience and track record working collaboratively with upper management and key stakeholders.

Nice To Haves

Three years of experience working in health care, medical, or academia.
Three years of experience working in nonprofit.
