About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, the Donor Database & Communication Manager supports the cultivation and stewardship of donors by effectively managing and analyzing donor data. This person is the donor database “power user” and in-house expert with a special emphasis on extracting information, maintaining constituent records, and maximizing use of data to increase donor giving and enhance stewardship. This position will also play a role in assisting with fundraising events and coordinating tasks performed by office volunteers.

Requirements

  • Expertise in managing and analyzing donor data
  • Proficiency as a donor database “power user”
  • Ability to extract information from donor databases
  • Skill in maintaining constituent records
  • Capability to maximize use of data to increase donor giving and enhance stewardship

Responsibilities

  • Logistical Management of all donation appeals (Direct Mail & email)
  • Database Management for data integrity of CRM
  • Produce prospect research reports for fundraising team
  • Assisting with fundraising events
  • Coordinating tasks performed by office volunteers
