About The Position

Reporting to the Director of Philanthropy, the Donor Database & Communication Manager supports the cultivation and stewardship of donors by effectively managing and analyzing donor data. This person is the donor database “power user” and in-house expert with a special emphasis on extracting information, maintaining constituent records, and maximizing use of data to increase donor giving and enhance stewardship. This position will also play a role in assisting with fundraising events and coordinating tasks performed by office volunteers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum 2 years of data entry experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Fundraising experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in Raiser's Edge with demonstrated proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Logistical Management of all donation appeals (Direct Mail & email)
  • Database Management for data integrity of CRM.
  • Produce prospect research reports for fundraising team.
