About The Position
Grifols is hiring a Donor Center Technician to work in a plasma center. The role includes conducting pre-donation medical screening, assessing donor suitability, supporting donor set-up, responding to donor needs, providing feedback to ineligible candidates, and ensuring screening information is complete and confidential. The ideal candidate is patient, able to manage multiple tasks, and adaptable in a dynamic work environment. Training is provided. The position is located in El Paso, Texas.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Superior customer service standards.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
- Obtain required state licensures or certifications where applicable.
- Ability to comprehend and follow instructions and complete assigned tasks.
- Ability to listen to and understand spoken information and perform according to oral or written instructions.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
- Ability to perform a wide range of complex tasks under variable demands and changing conditions.
- Ability to communicate sensitive information to diverse groups.
- Ability to meet the physical and sensory demands described for the role, including prolonged sitting or standing, frequent hand and foot movement, lifting, and required hearing and vision acuity.
