About The Position

The Donor and Board Affairs Coordinator is a key role responsible for providing comprehensive support for board and donor/volunteer relationship building activities for MultiCare Foundations. In this senior-level administrative support position, you will engage with confidential materials in a high visibility position, allowing you to apply excellent customer service and independent judgment skills. This position is part of the MultiCare Good Samaritan Foundation. The foundation is dedicated to supporting MultiCare Good Samaritan Hospital and expanding access to high-quality care for the communities of East Pierce County.

Requirements

  • AA degree
  • Minimum five (5) years of progressive experience in an administrative field may be considered in lieu of education

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a non-profit development office is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide board staff support needed for board activities, working closely with the ED/Dir to assure the accuracy and timeliness of all materials
  • Represent MHS to the board with a high level of professionalism, discretion, judgment and confidentiality
  • Attend all assigned board and committee meetings
  • Prepare the annual board calendar and meeting agendas, and schedules and makes all arrangements for board meetings
