About The Position

At KARM Stores, every item you process helps fund life-restoring services for men, women, and children across East Tennessee. As a Donation Processor, your work directly fuels our mission. This position is available as Full-Time and Part-Time. Department hours are 9a-6p, with some Saturdays required.

Requirements

Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Basic computer and point-of-sale system skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Availability to work Saturdays and flexible shifts
Commitment to working respectfully within a mission-driven workplace
Ability to remain on your feet for extended periods
Frequent lifting, bending, and reaching
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation
Moderate to heavy physical activity throughout shifts

Responsibilities

Receive & sort donated merchandise
Inspect, evaluate, and determine sellable quality
Price & prepare items for the sales floor
Meet daily & weekly production goals (Company Target: 35 processed pieces per hour)
Maintain organization & safety within the processing area
Work closely with team members to keep inventory moving efficiently
