As a member of the Goodwill production team, Donation Attendants are responsible for processing and sorting community donations. Responsibilities
- Accepting donations from donors and issues receipts as necessary
- Keeps donation indoor/outdoor areas clean, neat, and free of debris
- Assists in the unloading/loading of trucks and/or trailers
- Possess exceptional customer service skills: greets donors, carries donations from donor’s vehicle to the center, and provides donor receipt if requested
- Exercises good judgement in determining which donations are acceptable while communicating that decision to the customer effectively and politely as possible
- Maintains all required records and delivers them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled
