This mission is made possible by community donations, purchases, and partnerships. The Aberdeen, WA store is currently seeking a Part Time Donation Attendant. This role, as a member of the Goodwill production team, is responsible for processing and sorting community donations. Responsibilities

  • Accepting donations from donors and issues receipts as necessary
  • Keeps donation indoor/outdoor areas clean, neat, and free of debris
  • Assists in the unloading/loading of trucks and/or trailers
  • Possess exceptional customer service skills: greets donors, carries donations from donor’s vehicle to the center, and provides donor receipt if requested
  • Exercises good judgement in determining which donations are acceptable while communicating that decision to the customer effectively and politely as possible
  • Maintains all required records and delivers them to supervisors or drivers as scheduled
