About The Position

The Donation Processing Clerk works in an Idaho Youth Ranch Thrift Store, accepting, processing, and selling donated items. The proceeds help fund the organization’s programs and services for Idaho’s youth. The role involves assisting donors and customers, handling donated merchandise, and supporting the Idaho Youth Ranch’s mission to nurture hope, healing, and resilience.

Requirements

• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work weekends.
• Must be within a reasonable distance of the Idaho work location.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Idaho Youth Ranch.
• Help load and unload merchandise for donors and customers.
• Sort, clean, price, and stock donated merchandise.
• Operate pallet jacks, hand carts, lift gates, and other loading and moving equipment.
• Provide strong customer service and create a positive experience for customers.
