About The Position

The Donation Pricing Associate processes and prices quality donated goods quickly and according to agency standards. The role supports customer service by greeting and thanking customers and donors in accordance with agency policies and procedures. It also helps maintain Goodwill’s commitment to serving the community through high-quality goods, a supportive environment, and an inclusive and equitable workplace.

Requirements

Good people skills.
Able to identify different shades and tones of color.
Background check required.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensures 100% donor and customer satisfaction.
Stays abreast of brand names, maker's marks, current and vintage opportunities, and price points for hardline goods.
Sorts hard lines into salable, eCommerce, and salvage/outlet categories; prices salable items accordingly and transports carts to the sales floor for merchandising.
Maintains accurate production counts while adhering to agency standards and goals.
Maintains the sorting and processing area in a neat and clean condition.
Assists with floor running, rotation, merchandising, and cleaning of the sales floor as needed.
Embodies DGR (Donated Goods Retail) MODE Guiding Principles.
Follows agency safety policies and guidelines and actively participates with the supervisor and team members to address identified safety concerns.
Performs other duties as assigned.
