About The Position

The Donation Pricing Associate processes and prices donated goods quickly and according to agency standards. The role supports donor and customer satisfaction by greeting and thanking customers and donors in accordance with agency policies and procedures. The position helps turn donations into quality items for sale while supporting Goodwill Industries of Greater Cleveland & East Central Ohio’s community mission and its commitment to an inclusive and equitable workplace.

Requirements

Good people skills.
Ability to identify different shades and tones of color.
Background check required.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure donor and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about brand names, maker’s marks, current and vintage opportunities, and price points for hardline goods.
Sort hardlines into salable, eCommerce, and salvage/outlet categories.
Price salable items and transport carts to the sales floor for merchandising.
Maintain accurate production counts while following agency standards and goals.
Keep the sorting and processing area neat and clean.
Assist with floor running, rotation, merchandising, and sales floor cleaning as needed.
Follow DGR (Donated Goods Retail) MODE Guiding Principles.
Follow agency safety policies and guidelines.
Work with the supervisor and team members to address identified safety concerns.
Perform other duties as assigned.
