About The Position

The Donation Pricing Associate processes and prices quality donated goods quickly and according to agency standards. The role supports customer and donor service by greeting and thanking customers and donors in accordance with agency policies and procedures. The associate helps turn donations into merchandise for sale while supporting Goodwill’s community mission, inclusive workplace, and stewardship of donations and the environment. The position is hourly and part-time in University Heights, Ohio, with pay of $13.40. A background check is required.

Requirements

Good people skills.
Ability to identify different shades and tones of color.
Background check required.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or GED preferred.
Computer experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Ensure 100% donor and customer satisfaction.
Stay informed about brand names, maker’s marks, current and vintage opportunities, and price points for hardline goods.
Sort hardline goods into salable, eCommerce, and salvage/outlet categories.
Price salable items and transport carts to the sales floor for merchandising.
Maintain accurate production counts while following agency standards and goals.
Keep the sorting and processing area neat and clean.
Assist with floor running, rotation, merchandising, and sales-floor cleaning as needed.

Follow agency safety policies and guidelines.
Participate with supervisors and team members in addressing identified safety concerns.
Perform other duties as assigned.
